Normal Season:
Treehouse Rate: $159 per night
Bearclaw Rate: $150 per night

2 night minimum

Memorial and Labor Day Weekends
3 night minimum

Mid-Season:  $180 per night
Ski Season -- January & February
2 night minimum

Peak Season:  $210 per night
 3 night minimum-- Month of October, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving
5 night minimum -- Christmas and New Year

Cancellation Policy

 

Should your plans change, please be sure to call us as soon as possible. The following guidelines will apply. (Sorry, no exceptions.):

If cancellation is made 30 days before your arrival date, you will receive a complete refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee.

 

If cancellation is made within 30 days of your arrival date, your full security deposit will be forfeited.

 

If cancellation is made within 14 days of your arrival date, the full rental fee (including taxes) will be forfeited.  The security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded.  (Sorry, we can rarely get a rental within the last two weeks.)
Reservation Details

 

The balance of the rental fee, security deposit, cleaning fee and taxes will be required two weeks prior to your stay.

We accept Visa, MC, Discover and personal/traveler's checks.

We ask that our guests refrain from smoking indoors.

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

No pets permitted.
